21) Can I open and close trades on my account while your software is running on my account?
Yes, you can open and close trades on your account. It is recommended that you have one trading account for manual trading and a separate account for automatic trading. This will prevent you from interfering with the automated trading system.
22) Is it true that the trading system can be long and short, simultaneously?
Yes, within one trading system there are 6 independent robots, and they are not aware of each other’s position. One robot can be long and another robot can be short, and it is all by coincidence. Each robot will have its own stop loss and take profit, and its own entry point. Haley, Jasmine, Mellisa and Sienna all execute this trading strategy.
23) What if my broker does not allow hedging (the simultaneous buying and selling of one currency pair)?
We would recommend you to open an account with VarengoldBank, MIGBank, or Alpari and use us as the introducing agent "InniSoft Trading Education Services".

25) Why do you require my real account number and password?
Our trading server requires your trading password to log into your account and perform the automatic trading. The server only does the trading and can’t withdraw any money from the account. The money in the account is with the Forex broker, and only the owner of the account can deposit or withdraw funds from it; hence, it is extremely safe. Alternatively, we can set up mirror account trading for you at a service cost of $800. This will not require a real trading account password; however, you must leave you computer on all the time. Monthly maintenance will be your responsibility.
26) Where is your trading server located?
Due to security concerns, we can’t disclose its location. Rest assured that we have redundant internet and backup power supply to guarantee 99.99% uptime.
27) Can I log in and view my account while the trading server is running on my account?
Absolutely, you still have full control access of your account i.e. buy and sell or close trades, and you can view your account live, 24 hours a day. We are proud to provide you with full trading transparency.
28) How do I open the trading account? Do you provide help?
We are an introducing broker (IB) for Varengold and MIGfx Banks. If you are planning to open your Forex trading accounts with them, we will help you every step of the way.
29) Is it true that you offer SAAP (software as a service), not a software to be installed on my PC?
Yes, it is correct. We only offer our software as a service, and you don’t need to install anything on your PC.
30) How much do you charge for one trading system service?
We charge a monthly service rate of $98 per month, and we recommend that you sign up for the two-week trial period of $9.98.
